Olympus Burger with Odyssey® Feta

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1-1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1-1/2 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 lb. Odyssey® Mediterranean Herb Feta Cheese Chunk, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek Sauce (see below)
  • 4 Hamburger Buns

Greek Sauce:

  • 5 oz Odyssey® Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber, pureed
  • 4-6 Mint Leaves, crushed
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, add all Greek Sauce ingredients, mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine onion, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper, mix together. Add ground chuck; mix well. Shape meat mixture into four 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch thick patties.
  3. Grill burgers on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 10-13 minutes until meat is done (160 degrees F), turning once halfway through grilling.
  4. Top with Odyssey Feta cheese and let melt. Place patties on hamburger buns. Serve with Greek sauce.
