Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1-1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1-1/2 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 lb. Odyssey® Mediterranean Herb Feta Cheese Chunk, sliced
- 1/2 cup Greek Sauce (see below)
- 4 Hamburger Buns
Greek Sauce:
- 5 oz Odyssey® Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Cucumber, pureed
- 4-6 Mint Leaves, crushed
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl, add all Greek Sauce ingredients, mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- In a medium bowl, combine onion, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper, mix together. Add ground chuck; mix well. Shape meat mixture into four 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch thick patties.
- Grill burgers on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 10-13 minutes until meat is done (160 degrees F), turning once halfway through grilling.
- Top with Odyssey Feta cheese and let melt. Place patties on hamburger buns. Serve with Greek sauce.
