Odyssey® Peppercorn Feta Pockets

  • 3 oz. Peppercorn Odyssey® Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 2 cups Sprouts
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 1/4 cup Plain Odyssey® Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Pita Bread Rounds, cut in half
  • 4 Tomato slices
  • 4-6 oz Grilled Chicken Breast, lamb or beef


In a medium bowl, stir together Odyssey(R0 peppercorn Feta cheese, cucumber, and Odyssey® Greek Yogurt. Divide meat and put in bottom of pita bread half. Sprinkle with sprouts. Spoon cheese mixture into each half. Place tomato slice on filling in each bread half.
