Ingredients
Burger Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 oz Buholzer Brothers Gouda cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste (or season the burger to your liking)
- Topping options: lettuce, tomato, bacon, red onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard
- 3 Brioche buns
Burger Sauce Ingredients
- ½ cup mayo
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Evenly divide the hamburger in six servings. Using your hands to flatten out the burger and create patties.
- Cut gouda cheese into small slices and place 1 oz in the center of three of the patties. Top with the other three patties. Press around edges to seal the patties.
- Place burgers on a preheated grill or grill pan. Cook 3 minutes on each side until the interior of the meat reaches 160° F. Remove from grill and let rest for 2 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings and burger sauce.
