Smoked Turkey & Dill Havarti Bruschetta

Ingredients:

  • 1lb Smoked turkey breast, thinly sliced 
  • Loaf French bread, sliced to 1/2” 
  • 8oz Buholzer Brothers Dill Havarti, sliced 
  • 1/2c Bacon, chopped  
  • 1/3c Sunflower oil 
  • Dash Salt, Pepper

Directions:

  1. Brush sliced bread with sunflower oil, season with salt and pepper, arrange on a parchment lined cookie tray.
  2. Arrange turkey on sliced bread, add sliced Dill Havarti and top with chopped bacon.
  3. Place in 350 oven for 10-12 minutes until melted and slightly browned. 
  4. Serve immediately.
