Ingredients:
Dressing Ingredients:
• 5.3 oz cup Odyssey Greek Yogurt
• 1 tsp garlic clove, minced
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp pepper
Salad Ingredients:
• 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and cubed (can use rotisserie chicken)
• 1 small red apple, cubed
• 2 stalks of celery, sliced
• ¾ cup red grapes, halved
• 3 green onions, sliced
• ¼ cup red onion, sliced
• ½ cup sliced almonds
• 1 head butter lettuce, washed and separated to make wraps.
Directions:
1. Add dressing ingredients in a large bowl, stirring to combine. Add chicken, apple, celery, grapes, green onion, red onion and almonds gently stirring to coat ingredients in the dressing.
2. Assemble lettuce wraps by dividing ingredients evenly.
