Ingredients
- 4 each 4-ounce hamburger patties
- 4 each brioche buns
- 6 ounces Odyssey® French Onion Dip or mayonnaise
- 4 each Iceberg lettuce leaves
- 4 each tomato slices
- 4 each pickle sandwich slices (tongue)
- 4 each Buholzer Brothers® Muenster Slices, cut in half in jagged pattern to create fangs or teeth
- 8 each toothpicks
- 4 each cherry tomatoes, cut into halves (eyes)
- 4 each ripe olives, pitted cut into halves (eyes)
- ¼ cup ketchup (dripping blood)
Instructions
- Cook the hamburger patty to desired doneness
- Heat or toast brioche buns
- Starting with the bottom half of the bun, build the Muenster burger by spreading with the dip or mayonnaise, and then adding lettuce, tomato, pickle, burger patty, Buholzer Brothers® Muenster slice, topping with the other half of the bun
- Using the toothpicks, pick cherry tomato halves close to each other on one side leaving about a quarter of an inch of pick exposed. Top each pick with an olive half to create the “eyes”
- Using a squirt bottle or pastry bag, squirt the ketchup onto the Muenster cheese fangs to create dripping blood
- Serve with chips or fries, and a pickle spear
