Ingredients:

Difficulty Level: Intermediate
- 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, minced
- 1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1 tbsp jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Wisconsin cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, minced
- 1/2 tsp sriracha hot chili sauce
- 1 soft baguette or hoagie roll (6 inches)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 slices (1oz. each) Buholzer Brother’s ™ Muenster Cheese
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine the carrots, cilantro, cucumber, jalapeno, soy sauce, lime juice, and rice vinegar in medium bowl. Set aside.
- Stir the cream cheese, green onion, basil, and hot chili sauce in another bowl.
- Wrap baguette in a piece of aluminum foil. Bake for 5 minutes or until warmed. Cool slightly; cut lengthwise. Spread cut sides with cream cheese mixture. Top baguette bottom with chicken, muenster, and vegetable mixture. Replace baguette top.
