Odyssey® Vanilla Greek Yogurt Fluff

Ingredients:

Total time: 15 minutes
Yields: 2 servings
Difficulty Level: Beginner

  • 12 oz Odyssey® Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • assorted fresh fruits or cookies

Directions:

  1. Using a mixer and bowl fitted with whip attachment, add the cream. Begin whipping cream on low speed and slowly increase speed. Continue whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In same mixing bowl, add vanilla Greek yogurt. fold the Greek yogurt into the whipped cream until incorporated. Next, carefully fold in the strawberries.
  3. Here you have a couple optionsL layer with fresh berries in a bowl and chill until serving, OR use the Greek yogurt fluff and sandwich between cookies for an extra yummy treat.
