Feta Avocado Dip

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Yields: 4 servings
Difficulty Level: Beginner

Ingredients:

  • 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 4oz Odyssey Traditional Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 3 avocados, cut into chunks
  • pinch of fresh thyme
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips.

Recipe Notes: Recipe can be made and served immediately, but flavors taste better when they have had time to marinate.
