Creamy Brick Spread

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (8 oz.) Wisconsin Cream Cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) Buholzer Brothers Brick Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • rye or pumpernickel bread, or crackers for serving

Directions:

  1. In a mixer bowl, beat together the cream cheese and milk until fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well.
  2. Serve with bread or crackers.
