Ingredients:
- Butter for greasing pan
- Bread crumbs for dusting pan
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 1, 1/2 cup Flour
- Butter for dotting top of tart
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon
- 6 oz. Odyssey Traditional Feta Cheese, crumbles
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Generously butter a 9″ cake pan, dust with dry bread crumbs to coat sides of pan.
- In a small bowl, add eggs, beat well. Add milk, sugar and salt, whisk until blended. Add flour, stir until blended.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Layer pear slices on top. Dot with pieces of butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake for 40 minutes and then sprinkle the top with Odyssey® Feta cheese. Bake an additional 10 or until the top is nicely browned.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before cutting. Slice and serve warm with vanilla ice cream or dollop of mascarpone cheese.
