Apple Walnut Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Walnut Pieces
  • 2 Packages Salad Greens
  • 2 Large Red Apples
  • 4 oz. Traditional Odyssey® Feta Cheese Crumbles 
  • 1 cup Honey Dijon dressing

Directions

  1. Spread the walnut pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes in a 350 degrees F oven until they begin to smell fragrant. Remove to cool.
  2. Meanwhile, divide the chilled salad greens evenly on 4 chilld plates. Core, slice, and chop apples into 1/2 inch pieces. Divide and sprinkle evenly over top of salad greens. Sprinkle crumbled Odyssey Feta cheese and cooled walnuts evenly over apples. Drizzle entire salad with dressing.
